Privacy policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This page explains what data we process when you visit Fabravio, and what rights you have. We respect your privacy — analytics and ad measurement are only switched on after your consent, and you can change that choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Syjulene Michał Wdaniec, tax ID (NIP) 6321892353, Bodzanów 330, 32-020 Bodzanów, Poland. Contact for all data-protection matters: info@fabravio.pl.
2. What data we process
Always (necessary for the site to run and stay secure): standard hosting server logs (Vercel) — IP address, timestamp, requested URL — kept for a limited time, solely to maintain and secure the service; automatic application error reporting (Sentry) — technical error details (message, stack trace, URL, and in practice the IP address at the time of the error), without any account or login; the content of the "Report a bug" form, if you use it (description, and optionally your name and email if you provide them).
Only with your consent (the "Accept" option in the cookie banner): Google Analytics 4 — visit statistics, traffic sources, on-page clicks; Google Ads — measuring the effectiveness of Fabravio's own ad campaigns (conversions, e.g. a newsletter signup).
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary — stores only your cookie-consent choice (in localStorage), so we don't ask again on every visit. Always active, since without it the banner would keep asking.
Analytics and ad conversion measurement (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) — only with consent. You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the site footer.
4. Legal basis
Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent) — for analytics and ad measurement. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in keeping the service running, secure, and free of bugs) — for server logs and automatic error reporting.
5. Who we share data with
Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Google LLC (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads — under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), Functional Software, Inc. (Sentry — error monitoring, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses). When you create AI visualizations (Basic plan): Features & Labels, Inc. (fal.ai, USA — image-processing intermediary) and the model provider fal.ai forwards the job to — Google LLC or OpenAI, L.L.C. (USA). We never sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. AI visualizations
When you create a visualization of a project, an image of the 3D planner view, a short description of its elements (e.g. which built-in appliances are visible) and your optional instruction are sent to fal.ai, which passes them to the model provider (Google or OpenAI) solely to generate the image. Finished visualizations, together with the view used and your rating, are kept with the project until the project owner deletes them; deleting the project deletes its visualizations too.
7. Retention
Google Analytics 4 data: per the service's settings (default up to 14 months). Sentry data: per the service's plan (default around 90 days). Bug reports: until resolved, plus a reasonable archival period.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can withdraw your consent to analytics and ad measurement at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer — this doesn't affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
